Caribbean carousing:
The
warm ebullience of Caribbean culture was given full rein over
the weekend as people gathered in St. Petersburg's Vinoy Park
to celebrate it. Despite rain and muggy weather, the 12th
annual Caribbean Carnival drew crowds to savor the music,
